Appearance: Night always wears black, usually in the form of loose black pants and a loose black shirt which really fits his appearance. The ninja bears a black triangle-shaped necklace that was the last known gift from his parents. Night can sometimes be seen wearing a fluffy jacket and black sunglasses, although this is quite rare. The boy prefers wearing sandals over shoes and he wears fingerless gloves which are also black. Wild medium length black hair adorns the child’s head, but because of the boy’s dis concern for his hair the wild mane takes on a different shape nearly every day. Night’s eyes are very awkward as it feels as if he's always staring into a never-ending distance. His eyes are piercing black in color and the bags under his eyes indicate that he hasn’t slept in months. His hands are bony his fingers are long but his feet are normal in size and shape. Night is six feet, one inch tall and he weighs about 120 pounds. Night has bronze skin and a very small frame due to his lack of sleep.

Personality: While Night does not show many flaws in his personality he regards shinobi who are not of the Uchiha clan as “filthy beings”, and he believes himself to be superior to others, especially to those who have not received proper training. Night always remains calm, even in the toughest or most dangerous situations. He can see through things that normal people would be unable to see. The boy doesn’t sleep much as he suffers from an acute case of a sleeping disorder. He always tries to excel other people in any way possible and Night is almost always jealous because he knows that somewhere in this world there is a ninja with skills that surpasses his greatly. He is always is ready to face situations no matter the level of difficulty and he has no mercy for people who intrude in on his problems. An adamant supporter of Justice, Night hates people whom he deems evil. The brain of his works like a genius, a philosopher, and an experienced strategist at the same time although he sometimes underestimates his opponents. He has a peaceful tone to his words which often makes other people feel secure. Night does not have any hobbies or anything else of sort and he tries his best to concentrate on the task at hand.

Clan Name: Uchiha

Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.

Clan History: The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.

The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Kaji Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into embers.

For this reason Junsei, the maker of it, does not with to spread it or teach it to many, as if used properly it could allow a very talented ninja to burn down a small village in less than a minute. This jutsu constantly drains chakra from the user, and though the fire does not affect the user's hands in burning them. It can also be used to burn through ropes.

This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.

Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Arms are held with their elbows at the user's sides, wrists out to each side, with palms up and fingers extended like claws. The user must maintain chakra in their hands and thighs. Tiger Stance has has excellent slashes and radial attacks, good speed and grapples, poor defense and limited range. Constant motion means that Tiger Stance hardly ever uses kicks. Tiger Stance works well with Fire, Electricity, and Weapons; it does not work well with Water. It is resistant to Water, and weak to Earth.

Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Alternatively, it can be caused to burst at impact, which will create a powerful pressure wave within fifty feet all around it.

History:
Pre-Academy Arc
Night grew up with his brother, as his parent's were always busy. His brother was a kind, caring and an enthusiastic person while Night was very much opposite to him. Night’s personality was very surprising to his brother as he grew up, because it would cause a great deal of emotional damage to him, if Night kept it up. Most of Night's life was spent in studying, training, thinking and observing, although there were various situations in which he had to risk his life to protect his city, in a young age. At the age of five he began to understand the true meaning of the world, meaning he gained consciousness. He was still very childish, but was bullied by much people, because of his sense of righteousness. But, whoever bullied Night, ended up in the hospital or in a trauma. At the age of nine something strange happened to him. He doesn’t remember, but people that observed him said that he had become a ferocious monster and started disrupting the balance of the village. But only few people were witnesses. At the age of eleven he finally entered a nearby academy.

Academy Arc
Night felt as if he needed to contribute to the world, he needed to become stronger. But, this would all only be possible when he would've become Genin. Unfortunately, for him, days passed slow as ever. Days became months, he began taunting people from afar, then, starting conflicts and arguments. His whole academy life was consisted of blood-thirsty violence. While Night's parents did nothing, as they were always off somewhere. Only his brother, sometimes, if he knew Night was being violent, would stop him. Otherwise, he would continue fighting for the sake of becoming stronger. The boy passed the Academy exams easily, tutting in front of the others as they miserable failed.

Genin Arc
Finally becoming a full-fledged Genin, Night instantly started learning techniques not any other ordinary boy could learn. He began to do missions no other ordinary boy his age could've done. Striving to become the strongest, most knowledgable, he awaited his entrance in the Chuunin Exams. Also, Night had no teacher that he could turn to, as they all turned his application down. Night suffered emotional tradgedy on one mission when he failed to utilize stealth as a shinobi. He fought highly powered shinobi and lost miserably. On the face of death, he had a metamorphisis in which he chose a side between good and evil. Soon, he showed signs of morals to oppose the Uchiha Clan. During the chuunin exams, Night collected 5 pairs of scrolls, simply for the fun of murder and self existence. When his comrade confronted him, Night killed him. Night graduated to chuunin, bearing the shameful burden.

Chuunin Arc
Night lived in the shadows of Konohagakure. On missions, he killed like a demon, but proved useful in combat and war. Though none liked him, not even his brother, who had now turned a blind eye on him, he was respected, which was all Night ever needed. He was soon dubbed, “Neakeus" for appropriate experiences. Night was jailed for the illegal experimenting of jutsu, and spent 3 years doing nothing but training and physically enhancing. He was freed after proven non guilty in a trial. He was given back his rank, and Night soon entered the Jounin exams. He passed the exams, but caused a war between Konohagakure and the allied refugees. Night had killed all the shinobi that participated and opposed him, leaving only his trio to graduate.

Jounin Arc
Night was used as a war weapon for a long portion of his jounin experience. When the war ended, Night was driven mad with emotional war scars. He eventually sided with evil and isolated himself from acts of justice. Soon after, he challenged the Hokage in vain. He lost, and his line of sanity broke. Night deserted, but with intel of Hokage's greatest jutsu. He developed a complex base of organization in which Night simply trained, what he loved most. While he was called insane by many, Night was sane, and plotting the destruction of villages, none including Konoha, but including the village in which he was mutilated in.

Akatsuki Arc
Night traveled the world collecting jutsu and scrolls. He learned a lot, and was pursued often. With a bounty high on his head, Night killed many that opposed him. Eventually, he drifted back into Konoha. His request to be a citizen, let alone a shinobi, was denied, and Night was forsaken. Night spended the remainder of his days trying to prove usefulness to his country of origin. But, one day, the he entered the evil organization, which didn't quite have much information, Akatsuki.

“I guess this fight is over,” he said calmly.

“This fight isn’t over yet and anyways, I never go back on my words,” Night was still determined to beat Tymo.

Tymo still stood, while Night was bending down in front of him, “I can’t believe we went this far, when we said we were just sparring.”

Night stood up and looked Tymo straight in the eye, “Me neither…Want to start hand to hand sparring now? That might end this.”

“Alrigh’, let’s see if that ends it.”

They jumped ten meters far apart from each other, while still clutching on to their injured body parts. Night looked up at the sky; the sun was now in the middle of the sky, which showed it was around noon. They had been fighting for a pretty long time. Night put his gaze back at Tymo, cracked his knuckles, and made both of his hands into fists. He was so angry, that his fist’s knuckles were now bright yellow. On the other hand, Tymo was still smiling. Night knew he had something up his sleeves, and he was soon going to reveal it. Without any more waiting, Night lifted up off the ground and ran at full speed towards Tymo. Tymo grabbed Night’s fist and punched him in the stomach. Night felt pain, but ignored it.

Night gripped at Tymo’s shoulder and whirled around, belting him in the back of his head. Tymo glanced back, and saw Night retreating to the trees. Tymo sprinted in the direction of Night, and jumped up in the air. Before Night could camouflage himself, he was smacked in the head by Tymo’s powerful kick. Night’s eyesight became blurry, he rubbed his eyes, but it was futile. Night could make out Tymo’s fist heading for his chest.

SMACK!

Everything went black, and Night lost consciousness. Night was raging with anger inside his head. This was the worst thing that could ever happen to Night. He had wanted to surpass everyone, everyone in his clan and village. Night knew that he would someday, for sure, surpass everyone and everything.

I'm just going to interject here quickly - I know you aren't finished.

1) Hiraishin no Jutsu is banned.
2) To perform Edo Tensei, you need one human sacrifice for each person revived. And you can't use NPC characters, you would have to sacrifice a player-controlled character (obviously capturing them first). Lastly, revived people stay for the topic they are revived in, and dissipate at the end. If these rules are kept to, I don't see a problem.

Just noticed the link at the bottom of your page to the Doujutsu. There is only one Doujutsu on that page that you can have upon applying (Mangekyou Sharingan is not allowed on application, and there are strict rules concerning earning it in RP). So you'd just have a three-tomoe Sharingan. This allows for the full benefit of having the Sharingan itself (slight predictive ability, powerful against Genjutsu and the copy wheel ability) but not anything else. Just making that clear.

Oh, and Fuuton: Atsugai is in fact a B ranked technique. If you want that tech as it is, change the name and we're in business (i.e. I'll approve ya).

Description: After making the required handseals the user is surrounded by a ring of searing hot flame which would severely burn anyone within three feet of the user. A large dragon of fire then appears around the shinobi and can be fired at the opponent and if it hits, can cause heavy fire damage, the heat of the dragon is so intense it can burn the skin straight off the target's body.

Name: Fuuton: Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu - Wind Clone Technique

Element: Wind.
Description: This technique creates a physical replication of the user made from wind. It acts like a normal clone with a physical form and has the full physical and jutsu ability of the user, though it is still quite limited in chakra amount. When it is hit, the clone will burst into a blast of extremely strong winds, effectively pushing away anyone who was within two feet of it about 15 feet away and dealing excessive damage to anyone who was touching it while only partial damage to surrounding people. It doesn't require many hand seals to be executed. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has.

Description: A Taijutsu created by Night. It gives greater strength to his Taijutsu by adding his fire element into the mix. A Trigram appears on the ground with the Katon symbol in the center after the ninja holds the Tiger hand sign. The ninja’s own chakra surges from their body and burns like fire around them. The ninja will then attack in the same manner as the original Taijutsu. This jutsu gives the added effect of causing burns to an area touched by the chakra released. The chakra release will quickly causes strain on the body as time passes so extended use should be limited.

Name: Katon: Honoo Kakuhan - Fire Release: Flame Whip

Description: The user summons fire around their fist, making it appear as though they are holding it. They manipulate the fire's length and intensity. When the whip makes contact with skin, the spot suffers a burn, as fire would. The longer the whip the more chakra, the longer they hold it the more chakra also. The user also suffers from burns on their hand after using the jutsu for a long time.

Description: This jutsu is extremely powerful, and should not be attempted by just anyone. First, the user must have superior control over wind or sand. Next, this jutsu takes a lot of chakra, so they will need quite a bit. The user performs five hand seals, holding the last one. A twister will form in a location of the user's choice, kicking up sand and trapping anyone inside. Every post, three fists of sand will hit each person inside. Though these are blunt, they can potentially cause considerable damage. Maximum size and duration are dependent upon level.

Description: A series of strikes that attack an opponent is ten different area leaving them hurt badly. By using your weapon to strike very fast, By appilying the user chakra each hit slows the opponents movement making it a little easier to hit them for a short while. It is possible to dodge all ten strikes but the opponent must be faster then the user attacker. The speed must depend on rank, and the technique is S-Ranked, meaning that very experienced people are using this. Making it nearly-impossible to dodge those strikes.

Description: Located behind the left eye, the Inital gate is the first of the eight celestial gates; it's not rare for a jounin who uses a good deal of taijutsu to know how to unlock this gate. Occasionally others will learn to break it as well. This gate is usually broken in order to perform a needed devestating attack or for a self boost to get out of a sticky situation; keeping this gate unlocked for an extended period of time puts a lot of strain on the muscles.

Description: The Heal gate is located behind the right eye, it is the second of the eight celestial gates. The fourth gate is known as the Harm gate, and for good reason. Like the Life gate located right above it, it is forbidden for it's risk to oneself. This gate allows the user to tap into their own abilities even further, allowing them to truly use their taijutsu techniques to their full advantage.
